Shipping policy

TYLT is committed to fast, reliable, and transparent shipping. This Shipping Policy outlines order processing times, shipping methods, delivery estimates, and related terms.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after order confirmation.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may begin processing the next business day.
During peak periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may extend by 1–2 additional business days.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We currently ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on destination and service level selected.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be impacted by carrier delays, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination
- Package weight and dimensions
- Selected shipping method
Promotional free shipping offers, if available, will be displayed at checkout.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all U.S. states and territories.
PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are supported through USPS only.
International Shipping
International shipping is available to select countries.
Customers are responsible for:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- Brokerage fees
- Any additional charges imposed by the destination country
These fees are not included in shipping charges and are the customer’s responsibility.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require:
- Additional shipping charges for reshipment
- Processing delays
TYLT LLC is not responsible for delivery failures caused by address errors.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order is transferred to the carrier, TYLT LLC is not responsible for delays, loss, or theft.
If a package is marked delivered but not received, customers must contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim.
We will assist with documentation when required.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the packaging and product
We will evaluate the claim and arrange replacement or refund when applicable.
